Injured leave

I pulled something in my back. While taking off my moccasin. This is pitiful.

I may not be typing for several days.

Sending sympathies. However, don't be such a drama queen:) The fragility of being alive sometimes hits us like a tidal wave hits an island. Freaking out won't change reality. Simply flow with it like the pine tree in the wind, you will be fine. You will outlast the wind and waves of mortal weakness, until you don't. Even that isn't so bad with faith. Oh, and be careful with the other moccasin;)

Having said that, I will miss your presence in the blog world. I hate it when my friends get grounded and can't come out and play, for whatever reason.

You know I can't shut up totally. Just can't fisk all those Wal-Mart comments like I want to.

I wasn't meaning to imply that I was freaking out. Just sounds really wimpy to hurt my back doing something so simple. That's me, Kiwi the Wimp. ;o)

And, you must know, I was teasing quite literally about that. I heard of a guy who climbed a nearly impossible cliff, then on to the peak above the cliff, and back then tripped on a rock walking to his car and broke his leg. Urban legend, I don't know. But the frailty and possibility is there as indicated by your odd situation.

I try to be a ray of sunshine on an otherwise stormy day, even if that often is misinterpreted. I think you get it, usually.

As for Wal-Mart, I'm glad I was able to get you going with that. *laughs* My cousin warns visitors and even mutual friends about my horsing around. He tells them, "Don't let him get your goat, he's really good at that." In this case though, I'm pretty serious.

Ouch. Sorry 'bout that. I'm sure you'll be ok in a couple of days.

If this happened taking off your moccasin, I suppose you won't be joining any war parties or go scalping any time soon. :-P

<Giggle!> I wear moccasins because I don't like having anything on my feet, and mocs are at least flexible and soft-soled.
